Day 4: Devoted to One Another
Reading: Romans 12:9-16
Devotional: Love must be sincere—not performance, not pretense, but genuine devotion to one another. This kind of love goes against everything our culture teaches us. It says honor others above yourself. It says be patient when you want to react. It says be kind when it's easier to be cold. It says rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn. This is the DNA of authentic Christian community. When church becomes about preferences—the music you like, the temperature you prefer, whether they serve your favorite coffee—you've missed the point. Church is a hospital for the hurting, a family for the lonely, and a place where broken people find healing through genuine love. Today, choose to love someone in your church family sacrificially.
Reflection Question: Who in your church community needs to experience your sincere love and devotion this week?
