Day 5: "Repent For Refreshing"

Reading: Acts 3:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:17

Devotional: Repentance isn't just feeling sorry—it's thinking differently. The Greek word "metanoeo" means a complete mental shift, an about-face in your thinking that leads to changed behavior. God promises that when you repent, times of refreshing will come. You've been given new mercies this morning, fresh grace for today. Yesterday's failures don't define your future. Those neural pathways of negative thinking can be rewired through God's power. You're not stuck in patterns of defeat, anxiety, or unworthiness. Scars aren't sources of shame—they're testimonies of God's redemptive power. Today is your opportunity to think differently, to turn from magnifying problems toward magnifying God. Choose to renew your mind with Scripture. Surround yourself with life-giving community. Praise God anyway. Your refreshing is coming as you align your thoughts with His truth.
