FORWARD CONFERENCE UPDATE — 30 DAYS TO GO! 🎉
We are officially just 30 DAYS AWAY from hitting the road for Forward Conference, and excitement is building fast! Final plans are starting to come together, merch is beginning to arrive, our Friday activity has officially been booked, and our team seriously cannot wait to head to Georgia together. God is already building anticipation for what He’s going to do during this trip, and we believe this is going to be one of the most impactful weeks of the summer for our students!

🍰 FINAL FUNDRAISER OPPORTUNITY — THIS SUNDAY!
This Sunday during our Family Sunday service, we will be hosting our Silent Dessert Auction — our FINAL fundraiser opportunity before Forward Conference!
A portion of the funds raised will go toward helping students who still have remaining balances, but our MAIN FOCUS this year is raising funds to help cover the cost of renting a 15-passenger van for the trip.
For the past two years, we have taken our church bus to Georgia, and while it has served us well, the air conditioning has not kept up with the Georgia heat in July. This year, we are making comfort and safety a major priority by upgrading our transportation for students and leaders. However, renting a van comes with a very expensive cost, and we would love the support of our church family to help make this possible! We truly believe our church family will step up in an incredible way like they always do.
Parents — We Need Your Help!
We are asking ALL parents to bring a dessert to contribute to the auction. Whether it’s homemade or store bought, every dessert helps make this event successful. This is truly a moment where teamwork makes the dream work, and we need everyone’s help to make this day amazing!

📅 PARENT/STUDENT MEETING — NEXT WEDNESDAY
Our Parent/Student Forward Conference Meeting will take place NEXT Wednesday (June 3rd) immediately following our Union service at 8:00 PM.
During this meeting, we will:
* Go over our final trip agenda
* Share important travel information
* Discuss packing details and expectations
* Answer any final questions before departure
We need ALL parents and students at this meeting!
