Reading: Mark 2:1-12

Devotional: Four friends refused to let obstacles keep their paralyzed friend from Jesus. When the crowd blocked the door, they tore open the roof. Their faith had action behind it. Jesus saw their faith and responded with both spiritual and physical healing. This story challenges us: Who needs us to carry them to Jesus? Faith without works is dead. Perhaps someone in your life needs you to go the extra mile—to invite them to church, pray with them, or simply show them they matter. Don't let rejection discourage you. Like those friends, be willing to do whatever it takes. Your faithfulness might be the pathway to someone's miracle.
